Lurker

HawkThis hawk has taken up residence down by our wintry garden.  He’s very watchful and quite large.  That’s our replacement willow tree right behind him.  It’s not yet started to weep, which makes it just look like any old tree.  Maybe next year.

    please explain what is going on in the pond. is it a skimmer for algae?

    Hi Amy! Those are actually fish feeding rings. You throw fish food into them, it floats and the fish learn where to come for food. The idea is if you can attract fish to one spot, they are easier to catch. They came with our farm.
