Here’s a sample of mostly farm fresh goodies all gathered for a side dish. Roasted potatoes and garlic, goat cheese, eggs, cucumbers and tomatoes all from our farm.
Thanks Redwife! It’s a very simple dijon mustard vinegarette. About a Tbsp. of dijon, 2-3 Tbsp each of red wine vinegar and olive oil. It’s my go to dressing.
