Alexis had a lamb a few days ago, a little ewe. I’ve been chasing them around the pasture trying to get a photo and was finally able to catch her at feeding time. I think she’s the prettiest one so far which is amazing because her mom is kind of homely (for a sheep). Alexis had her first ever lamb last year but it died from a birth related trauma so this is kind of new for her. She’s very attentive, a good mom.

The cuteness at your farm is just ridiculous!

You should have seen the cow come lick the baby goat while I was bottle feeding her this morning….

I just imagine you skipping through the fields wearing a long white, frilly frock, lovely romantic music playing in the background, birds tweeting, and little lambs bouncing all over (I refuse to think about the amount of poop or hard work).

LOL! Too funny. Reimagine me with overalls and muck boots, covered with formula and goat body fluids, roosters crowing, listening to AC/DC on my iPod with little lambs bouncing all over. You got one part right.

Yeah, that sounds more like you. Definitely.

Oh my goodness. The skipping is too much!
