Humongous is how I’d describe some of this Spring’s lambs. Kat’s boys are just a few months old and are almost as big as she is. They are a tight family unit and stick to each other like glue while both grazing and resting. And snuggling.

They ARE giant!! Will you be keeping them?

Alas, no, we don’t keep any of our rams. They would require a separate area of good pasture (we have a separate area of poor pasture) to keep them. We barter with a friend with a large farm and flock who allows us to use one of his rams for a month or two in the Fall. In return he gets honey. It’s a good trade.
