Missing Willow Farm

Our apple trees are blooming.  So pretty, I love this time of year.

Spring garlic and some fresh asparagus.  This is looking like it needs to become  a quiche.

It’s a beautiful day.  The goats are milked, the sheep are moved to greener pasture, the eggs collected, the dogs fed, the gardens watered.  I need a nap…

We have some epic peaches coming in this year.  Of course, we’ll never see a ripe one.

We think this is our last lamb of the season.  We may get a surprise, though.  She’s a little cutie and is especially soft.  Fast as anything, too.  It was hard to get a photo.

Our guardian dog is a beautiful girl.  Uncontrollable but beautiful.

The spinach and buttercrunch lettuce we put in a few months ago in our outdoor raised beds is ready to harvest.

We spent the morning getting the remainder of the outdoor beds ready to plant.  We’re right on schedule with our weather, transplants, and seeds.

Our goats are enjoying the new greenery on the other side of the fence.  Given a choice, they tend to browse up high while the sheep keep to the grass.  They are living dangerously because our bees are buzzing all over the trees on and around our property.
