Here’s a pretty way to present a gift of small treats that doubles as décor after the candy is gone. I started this project with a House Treat Box from Alpha Stamps. They ship flat and are easy to fold, assemble and secure with a bit of tacky glue. Before folding the tabs I lightly scored the dotted score lines with a bone folder. This made bending the tabs super easy.

I selected a combination of pink and red paper from Graphic 45’s Floral Shoppe collection and cut those to size using the flattened Treat Box as a template.

The new Arched Window with Flower Box has a clever design. It ships flat and forms it’s own window box when folded.

The windows were painted white and backed with a baby pink cardstock. I also painted a small clothespin and decorated it with slices of Polymer Clay Cane – Pink Hearts. The treat box has both a tuck in flap at the bottom for opening but can also be opened from the roof to set treats inside. The clothespin is to secure the roof closed if you choose to fill it from the top.

I tucked some of the Variegated Green Vines into the window boxes and made some flowers by coating head pins in glue then dipping them into Pink & White Flowerbed Mix. A super simple and pretty way to make floral clusters.

The floral clusters got tucked into the window boxes along with white Tiny Paper Roses.

Once the box was assembled using tacky glue I secured the windows in place and added a door from the Mini House Doors & Windows set and some pink 3mm fused Pearl Strands along the roofline.

The roof was prettied up with the addition of a selection of flowers, including Tiny Paper Roses – Soft Pink, Soft Pink 2cm Roses and the absolutely gorgeous Variegated Mixed Pink Roses. They were all glued in place with the addition of some leaves from the Green Leaves Collage Sheet.
Tuck in some chocolates and you have a gift anyone would appreciate.
