The post office called at 7AM today to come pick up these cuties. They were shipped from Ohio two days ago. They arrived healthy and loud and seem happy to be done with their long journey.

How totally cute and adorable! What kind are they? (PS – I just watched an episode of I Love Lucy when she brought home boxes of 500 chicks and let them loose in her living room…are you planning on anything like that?) 🙂

They’re Cornish Cross. They’ll eventually live in a chicken tractor after they have their big girl feathers and can leave the brooder. We’ve had turkeys in the spare bathroom before, but never chicks!
