We don’t have a fly problem in our barns because we use fly predators. They are teeny little bugs who destroy the next generation of flies in their immature cocoon stage. We get a monthly shipment and sprinkle them around our manure piles and forget about them.

I could really use fruit fly predators in the fall. They are all over the Eastern Shore and get into our wine glasses. It’s a problem! No manure to sprinkle the predators in, though…. Just vinegar and dish soap. 🙂

Thanks Connie! This is similar to what I do, just with vinegar. 🙂
